Internet Business Models are indeed the very heart of your business.
Internet Business Models portray what your business stands for. Not only that, but often shed some light into what the business owner is like, as a person.
Take YOUR Internet Business Models for example, or other Internet Business Models that you know of, or have been subject to as a customer, service user or ?window shopper? (either way your very presence will have constituted as an aspect of that particular model).
Think about your experiences of these Internet Business Models.
What was your overriding / gut feeling about the business, person or service?
Did their approach / general demeanour stir up feelings of doubt, uncertainty about who they said they were? Or what they were ?promising?.
Or was there a pleasant air of transparency, honesty and integrity instead?
Did you feel like you were talking to a REAL person, or some elusive internet character, hidden behind an imperceptible computer screen several time zones away?
Did you know what the person directing at you looked like? Or even where they were from? Where they contactable? Or Responsive to your enquiries?
What intentions do YOU think they had? Did they actually care about YOU?
Or were they simply just after your money?
Such Internet Business Models? Were they intent on delivering as best a service as possible? Did they genuinely care about the position YOU were in? About having YOUR problems solved? Were they working FOR you?
Or was it all them, them, them? ?Do This!? ?Buy That!?
Was there any HARD SELL, SCARE TACTICS, PRESSURING or BOMBARDMENT involved?
How did this make you feel?
What was the outcome in terms of your custom? And your relationship with them?
When it comes to YOUR Internet Business Models, it is vital YOU get it right.
The reason why so many people fail to make (good) income online is for one of TWO reasons (usually both);
1. They do not get their priorities right!
2. They do not take the TIME to INVEST in themselves first and LEARNING the SKILLS and CORRECT PROCESS to succeeding online!
Back to the first point! ? It is IMPERATIVE any Internet Business Models MUST be centered around ONE thing and ONE thing only??..serving the CUSTOMER.
Building and Sustaining a good RELATIONSHIP with your customer and delivering VALUE, VALUE and More VALUE. Instead of asking ?what can I get out of this person?? ask ?what can I do FOR them?!?
Remember, they are real people, just like you and me, with real feelings, real hopes and real fears. Treat others the way you would like to be treated, aim to please, look after your customers and they will look after you!
As for the second point?
It is important to know that there is a FORMULA, a PROCESS and a SKILL to creating Internet Business Models that WILL generate you income online.Such a subject in its entirety is out of the scope of a simple e-zine article.
However, like ANYTHING. This is a skill that CAN be learnt. Just like learning to drive, or riding a bike.
Once these skills are learnt and the PROCESS is understood, you then have the KNOWLEDGE to repeat time and time again and begin generating and income online that will last for years to come and keep on growing!
Unfortunately most people are just after the get rich quick scheme and not prepared to take the time to invest in themselves and their Internet Business Models.
