It seems that the noble event in the name of Leukemia Foundation, Light the Night, has finally caught the attention of one and all for certainly the best possible reasons.
It has been known that patients reeling under the scar of diseases like leukemia, myeloma and lymphoma are at times left at the mercy of life and the impact is to such an extent that patients have to go through a traumatic journey of long treatment and not to forget the attached emotional insecurities.
The thing which is required the most at this crucial juncture is the will to fight and that's what the Leukemia Foundation is doing. By organizing an annual event, the Leukemia Foundation is putting its best possible step forward to ensure that the patients are being given the best possible cure both physically and emotionally.
Who better than Adem Crosby can share the trauma that one has to go through, as he was diagnosed with blood cancer and that too after a week of his 17th birthday in January.
In order to do his part in the noble cause, the cancer sufferer along with near and dear ones would spearhead an event on Wednesday night.
