Newcastle?s Inaugural Boot Camp Fitness Event for Charity.
The outdoor boot camp season is coming to an end in Newcastle, so let?s all get together and finish it off with a bang! On Saturday April 14 at Newcastle Foreshore, we will be holding a first-of-it?s-kind boot camp event to help raise funds for the John Hunter Children?s Hospital.
Not only will it be a great day of exercise, it will also be alot of fun & a great way to experience the many different styles of fitness training Newcastle has to offer.
What is Newcastle Charity Bootcamp?
One day event being held for the sole reason of raising money for the John Hunter Children?s Hospital. A group of Newcastle?s leading Personal Trainers from various studios & gyms will be running fun, energetic group exercise sessions.
Why a Charity Bootcamp in Newcastle?
As you would be well aware, there are dozens and dozens of boot camp-style fitness sessions running in our local area. Novocastrians love their exercise and we saw the need to use this passion to help give back to the most important people in our community ? the kids. When we came up with the idea of a Newcastle Bootcamp for charity, we asked some of the fitness professionals & athletes around town whether it would be an idea they?d like to get involved in. So far, the support has been overwhelming and we?ve already been able to raise some valuable dollars for this fantastic cause.
Who?s Involved in Newcastle Charity Bootcamp so far?
We?d like to thank the people who have joined us in supporting this event so far such as Anytime Fitness, Fit N Fast, the personal trainers over at Fresh Health & Fitness, iconic Paralympian Wheelchair racer Kurt Fearnley, ONA Print Graphics & Children?s Health Network Kaleidoscope & charity organisation Everyday Hero.
How do I get involved?
Hop on over to the registration & information page at Newcastle Charity Bootcamp to find out more about how you can become a part of this awesome fitness event!
P.S. Remember, even if you can?t make it on the day, you can still support the cause and even small donations are more than welcome!
See you there on April 14!!!
Brendon
